- LPLinden Peters2 days ago3.0Dont try to call, you can't talk to a real person, just their virtual assistant. If you leave something there, you just have to fill out their form and hope they call you back. Or drive there yourself during business hours. So I guess if you have an emergency and need to talk to your loved one at Top Golf, and they aren't answering their phone, you are just out of luck.

- TAT A6 days ago5.0Nice place! I initially came to try flying at iFLY, which is next to the building, but I had to wait. So, I decided to spend some time at Topgolf instead. I went there as a walk-in without a reservation and encountered an interesting pricing policy. I arrived at 16:30, but the prices change every hour. I wanted to come back after my iFLY session, but since walk-ins can't reserve a spot due to the price change at 17:00, I needed to download an app to register. I did that and secured a table. The atmosphere is nice, and the place isn’t crowded. The service is fine too!

The staff was not that friendly, especially our waiter guy, who needs to find a different type of job. Overall, it's a fun experience, but it's way too expensive. They need to rethink this business model.

We had 4 adults and three kids and it was the perfect spacing and everyone was able to participate. (Kids ages were 12, 9 and 7.) Our server was kind and attentive. The birthday boy was also lucky enough to win a prize ball, which was a surprise bonus. We’re already planning our return.
