Wish i could give zero stars for their service. Worst customer service and they’re so rude. Had to wait 33mins in drive thru to pick up the order. Won’t recommend going here.
Was here to pick up an order several minutes before 10 pm (closing time). Their door was locked and when I knocked and told the employee that I was just picking up.....he told me the lobby is closed and made me sit through a very long drive thru line to pick up an already prepared order. Terrible custome service.
Ordered two crunch wraps they were not even warm or toassted. Paid for 2 cups of a side dip. Went back up to get them mgr told the employee to say they sauce was already on it, but clearly it wasn’t and I’ve ordered it before it always comes on the side so after walking back to double check walking back again and getting the sauce upon hearing the manager, again over and over using profanity over and over I guess to try to impress the younger people. Total garbage experience for 30$. There was a DoorDash in there that had been there the whole time we were there I wasn’t even acknowledged, and then upon asking about his order they told him they didn’t even have it. And then again, you’re the manager cussing in the background and a young male walking in and out the door screaming back-and-forth several times not to mention the dirty employee with the holes in his clothes that showed up while we were there. Understanding it’s hard to find workers, but when the manager is acting like that, don’t expect to get anything better than her!

Please review the camera footage between 10:25–10:28 PM. One of your employees made me wait for 30 minutes for no reason. When I tried to talk to him, he shut the drive-through window in my face, then stuck his tongue out at me and started laughing in a stupid way, acting like a child just to provoke me.
Your employee is completely incompetent, and whoever hired him clearly didn’t do their job either. If you don’t fire that guy, I will keep posting this review every single day.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell management I’ve ever seen. People are waiting in line and your staff can’t even do their jobs properly. Do you even supervise or train your employees? What kind of manager is running this place?

I never leave reviews NEVER, but Every single time I come to this location my order is wrong or missing something. Im lucky if I notice it when parking after the drive through and checking rather than noticing at home and driving all the way back. On top of that when you go inside to get the missed or wrong item I wait 10+ minutes every time asking for help standing at the front. Ive never had recurring experiences like this at any other location.
