  I come to Panera Bread often, and this location consistently stands out. The food is always fresh and high quality compared to other locations I’ve visited, and service is quick and efficient. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. Special shoutout to Steven for always being kind and helpful, definitely one of the best Panera spots! I see all the staff with other customers, and they always treat them with respect and kindness.

  I have been to this Panera a few times and have always had a pretty average experience. Today, the manager Stephen went above and beyond so I'm taking the time to post my appreciation. After ordering and our food arrived, my daughter noticed her sandwich was missing. Somehow it hadn't been on the order at all, so Stephen immediately came over, took the time to make sure all was right, and that we both had a fantastic lunch. Managers that see the need and take the lead are hard to find. Awesome experience! Thanks Stephen!
