  This was my first time trying Jimmy John’s ever and it was gross. The bread was hard, the meat tasted old and the workers had attitude. I told them when I walked it was first time ever in a Jimmy John’s and I guess that didn’t make a difference. I will never eat here ever again no matter what location. Over priced Gross food, service, and surroundings.

  Freaky good food but not freaky fast. Multiple orders have taken around an hour for delivery to an address 10 minutes away - might as well have just done pickup at that point. Also delivered the wrong side (cookie instead of chips).

  I worked at a JJ's for 6 years and it was never hard to make sure the bread we put out wasn't rock hard. If it was, we wouldn't use it. I've ordered maybe 20 subs this year from this store and I've had 4 where the bread didn't sound like a door when you knocked on it. I don't understand how they let it leave the store like that. Update: I haven't had hard bread in a year. Awesome!
