  I think this is one of the worst locations available in Ashburn. Many things are often out of stock. And the produce does not look well most days. I've been disappointed more times than I can count. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house.

  This is not the best Giant location. The produce often seems a few days old, and items like parsley and cilantro frequently look wilted or not fresh. The positive side is that if you find an associate and ask, they’re usually helpful and can bring fresher items from the back. However, customers shouldn’t have to go through the hassle of asking — fresh products should already be available on the shelves.

  I got kicked out the store for doing nothing they literally said we were messing around but we did nothing Some employees are terrible here

  Our local Giant Food in Ashbrook Commons Shopping Center is a true staple in my weekly routine. While the store is always clean and well-organized, the fantastic staff and managers are what really makes the experience stand out. From the friendly greeting at the door to the efficient checkout, you can tell the team here truly cares about the community. It’s my go-to spot for everything from a quick weeknight dinner to hosting a weekend BBQ. Thank you for providing such great service and quality right here in the neighborhood!

  Would NOT recommend ordering a custom birthday cake from this location in ashburn.If you want a cake from giant with a picture on it I would recommend the one in Reston. The ashburn location bakery team just took the picture I gave to them and directly placed it on the cake vs laser printing it so the picture is edible. Ruined birthday.
