Went through the drive through and at the window asked for bbq sauce and got a finger wagged in my face and was lectured about how the sauce costs .50 cents and next time he won’t give me the sauce unless I pay for the sauce up front. 😂
One of the most wild business decisions I’ve ever witnessed in my life to burn a bridge with a customer over sauce. He could’ve charged me .50 cents I don’t care about the 50 cents. I do care about being treated that way though. Won’t come back obviously.

Consistent only in being terrible. I'm not exaggerating when I say you can expect at least 1 thing to be wrong with your order every single time you make a purchase. You'll inexplicably get 2 burgers and 1 won't have lettuce for some reason. Sauce? They'll always forget at least 1. Sometimes, it's the straw. Again, only thing you can expect is they're consistent in messing up at least 1 part of an order.

This Wendy’s is absolutely horrible, it took them 20 minutes to take my order and then it took them another 10 just to get started on it. I had to leave early and never get my food because i was on break and had to get back to work. They have to train these works or just fire them and get brand new people. Worst experience ever
