    Wendy’s (Ashburn, VA) It was cold outside, so we stopped by Wendy’s in Ashburn, VA and ordered chili to warm up—and it hit the spot. The chili was hot, flavorful, and exactly what we needed on a cold day. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly. A simple, comforting meal that did the job perfectly.

    If I could give them zero stars I would, I came through the drive thru placed my order the man taking the orders was rushing me to hurry up. Wouldn't repeat my order to confirm it was correct. When I got to the window and ask him to repeat he ignored me and just charged my card. So then I asked for a receipt he got and attitude for even asking mind you my order was wrong and when I received my baconator fries they had poured about 4 oz of oil in the container soaking the entire bag and part of my seat. And each burger had only half of the ingredients on them. This location has gone down hill in recent months. Would rather go across to Brambleton Wendy instead. And the guys taking order was a 50 something year old hindi man.

    This Wendy’s has some of the worst management I’ve ever encountered anywhere. When I walked up to order, an employee gave me a sideways look like I was an inconvenience for simply trying to buy food. Then the manager — unbelievably — refused to take my order for no valid reason at all. At that point I had to tell them straight up: fix your management. The disrespect, the unprofessional behavior, and the complete lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. If this is how the manager runs the place, it’s no surprise the staff behaves the same way. This location seriously needs a full reset in leadership, training, and attitude. Until they overhaul the management, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
