They set a new standard for customer service and teamwork. Muzo, the manager, runs the store like a well-oiled machine — efficient, organized, and welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his crew. He personally checked in on my order, made sure everything was perfect, and showed true leadership by helping both staff and customers with patience and respect. JJ deserves huge recognition as well — his attitude was upbeat, courteous, and genuine the entire time. He treated every customer like a regular and clearly takes pride in making people feel appreciated. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly right, but what really stood out was the atmosphere — positive, fast-paced, and clearly led by a manager who cares. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this experience deserved one. If every location operated with the same level of care, consistency, and customer focus that Muzo and JJ bring, Papa John’s would have loyal fans for life.
