    We arrived around 9:30 AM when the restaurant wasn't busy. While we initially intended to place our order with staff, the host/hostess was occupied, which led us to utilize the ordering kiosk. Despite this, the overall meal experience was great. The food was presented well, and everything tasted fine. The steak sandwich was particularly delicious, and the avocado toast was also a satisfying choice. A solid place for a good meal, even if the ordering method wasn't our first preference.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location. The manager on duty treated a young lady customer with extremely poor and unprofessional behavior. The way the situation was handled showed a complete lack of respect, courtesy, and customer service. It is unacceptable for a manager, who should be setting the standard for their team, to behave this way. This reflects badly not only on this store but on the Panera brand overall. The company needs to seriously review this manager’s actions and make the right decision, because this kind of attitude drives customers away. We will not be coming back to this location until the management issue is resolved.
