  This was my first time trying Jimmy John’s ever and it was gross. The bread was hard, the meat tasted old and the workers had attitude. I told them when I walked it was first time ever in a Jimmy John’s and I guess that didn’t make a difference. I will never eat here ever again no matter what location. Over priced Gross food, service, and surroundings.

  Freaky good food but not freaky fast. Multiple orders have taken around an hour for delivery to an address 10 minutes away - might as well have just done pickup at that point. Also delivered the wrong side (cookie instead of chips).

  Freaky fast? More like freaky slow. Walked in and they said it will take an hour to make our order.

  Ordered delivery, and only got one of my items. Called the store and the phone rang and rang, no one picked up. I drove over to the store and there was the rest of my order sitting on the counter. I can't even be mad at the poor employee who seemed to be manning the store by himself during the busy lunch rush. Not offered a refund or anything but that's not something I'm going to harass the clearly overworked employee over.
