No greeting, no basic manners, just an annoyed attitude the entire time. It felt like I was interrupting his day just by trying to order food. He barely spoke, avoided eye contact, and acted like doing his job was a burden. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially in a place that expects people to keep coming back. One bad employee can ruin the entire experience, and this was a perfect example. If this is how Hungry Joe’s treats customers, they seriously need to rethink who they put at the front counter. I won’t be returning.

Every time I’ve interacted with him, he has had a bad attitude and speaks in a disrespectful way. It feels like he doesn’t care about customers at all, and it honestly makes the whole experience uncomfortable. The product/service itself is perfect — no issues there at all. The quality is great. But the constant rude behavior really needs to be addressed because it affects the overall experience.

The chicken was fresh/piping hot and very tender, and I thought the medium spice level was perfect for having enough heat that it's fun but not so much that I regret it. The number of fries in my photo aren't indictive of the portion-- I was sharing an order of fries with someone else. I would definitely return in the future, even if it is kind of expensive for a fast food experience
