  Horrible staff Kids running customer service Don't even understand what customer service means And when challenged, they have an attitude. How can you hire staff members like this. Yrs and yrs of bad staff. And always their western union isnt working. Whereas other giants have better staff better customer service and their western union station always work.

  Horrible products with horrible prices. Seriously, this is the second time I buy chocolate to find it looking like this. It appears to be melted then frozen again so it changed colors and lost taste. I can say 100% im never buying from giant again ..

  I was looking for Mussels at the frozen section but it wasn’t there so I went to customer service and asked the lady, she looks Spanish, she gave me an attitude and then said if it wasn’t there then it’s not there. So I told her she was rude for working with customer service. Later I found out she was the supervisor I go there all time usually people work there are so nice but not her

  Every time I come into this establishment, I always have an issue with the short asian woman that works in customer service with greasy reddish hair. ( I dont know her name or else I would refer to her as that) Today when I was leaving, she shoulder checked me and didn't even say excuse me. I was on my way out of the store, so I immediately called and of course she answered and i asked for a manager. She told me that she was the manager and i told her "no i want to talk to the higher manager". She told me that she was in charge. I replied and told her that i want to talk to the man walking around with the button up shirt(since i had just been there and saw him) and then she finally transferred me. The man that answered was the assistant store manager who said his name was James, and I let him know what happened. He told me that he knew who I was referring to and told me thank you for letting him know. It's just unfortunate that Giant is continuously employing somebody in CUSTOMER SERVICE who is extremely rude to people that shop here. She should be placed in the back of the store where she doesn't have to interact with customers bc at this point, she is costing the company money because I returned my items to another giant in Leesburg and immediately bought them from wegmans instead. And I will never return to the Ashburn village giant.
