- EREm RNov 10, 20251.0Every time I come into this establishment, I always have an issue with the short asian woman that works in customer service with greasy reddish hair. ( I dont know her name or else I would refer to her as that) Today when I was leaving, she shoulder checked me and didn't even say excuse me. I was on my way out of the store, so I immediately called and of course she answered and i asked for a manager. She told me that she was the manager and i told her "no i want to talk to the higher manager". She told me that she was in charge. I replied and told her that i want to talk to the man walking around with the button up shirt(since i had just been there and saw him) and then she finally transferred me. The man that answered was the assistant store manager who said his name was James, and I let him know what happened. He told me that he knew who I was referring to and told me thank you for letting him know. It's just unfortunate that Giant is continuously employing somebody in CUSTOMER SERVICE who is extremely rude to people that shop here. She should be placed in the back of the store where she doesn't have to interact with customers bc at this point, she is costing the company money because I returned my items to another giant in Leesburg and immediately bought them from wegmans instead. And I will never return to the Ashburn village giant.
