Because today is the 9th or 10th time going and it's the first time the food wasn't amazing and near perfect. The burger was still very good. It made me appreciate the spectacular burgers I've consistently been getting. It can't always be perfect, but it's still rather good when not perfect.

With what I’ve come to expect from 5 guys this is unacceptable for a $25 meal. A regular fry is usually the cup of fries with a good portion filling the bag at the bottom. I attached photos of the “regular” fries I received today, this would be unacceptable for a little fry from here.. Maybe 10 fries in total for $7.50? This is the main draw for five guys… no one comes to this restaurant for an overpriced burger they come because the fries are a value..not this time I guess. I won’t be back to this location, if this is a chain wide move, five guys will be gone in a year. The burger was good, whoever was on fries, you’re killing your location.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
