  Everytime I go thru the drive thru there’s an issue. This time I placed my order twice and it still showed the wrong thing. No update, no total. I don’t understand what’s so hard. No one in the store and no one ahead of me in line in the drive thru. I tell myself skip it, don’t go back and yet I do. What’s the point of a drive thru if you don’t get the order right and leave customers just waiting?! I’ll stick with Duck Donuts and Brusters.

  Only branch that serves a few days old bagels and claim they were made that day when it’s like a rock 🙄

  This was a very bad experience overall. The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The staff were not helpful and did not treat customers fairly. There was no organization, no respect, and no real effort to solve problems. I felt ignored and treated unfairly the whole time. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will not deal with them again.

  Was just there. Worst drive through ever. Kept waiting to order at drive through and no one even responded. Went to window and kept waiting there. Workers were just busy and didn’t bothered to come to window even after seeing that a car is there. Highly unprofessional and ill mannered.
