- VSVikram SomalJan 31, 20261.0Wow. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Horrible customer service! I tried to redeem my wife’s birthday scoop and they didn’t have chocolate or cookie dough flavors. I asked for the cashier to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t. I asked if she could call in to a different location so I could still redeem it and she just kept on repeating “I’m not sure about that.” I suggested that I could call myself if she would talk to them and she said the same thing. I have no idea what the owner is doing - this place is horrendous.

It would make sense if they ran out as Jamoca is a very popular flavor that is often out at other locations. But when he asked the employee why they weren’t doing ice cream (which is already a large part of the menu) all we got was a giggle and an “I don’t know” from her. This makes no sense; either there is an easily explainable reason why or she was just being lazy… We tried to clarify and ask if there were any pre-packed tubs of ice cream but she said that she would check the freezer, disappeared for barely a few seconds and told us that there were none. Horrible customer service, no apology, no goodbye or any type of care in the world. There probably isn’t a point to writing this review as this location already has tons of negative comments but I can definitely see why they do.

- SSSt SpencerMar 19, 20221.0Order two triple scoops though Uber Eats, one as a sundae. Ordered Strawberry cheesecake, Icing on the Cake, and Cotton Candy. Got 3 scoops of plain strawberry. For the sundae I ordered Oreo Cookies and Cream, Made with Snickers, and Reese Peanut Butter cup with hot fudge, peanut butter topping and cookie dough pieces. I got 3 scoops Oreo Cookies and Cream, and either a drop or two of chocolate syrup. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Usually merchants call if they are out of something so you can cancel or substitute, as with Uber Eats, you don't know something is wrong until it arrives and by then it is too late. Clearly they are frequently out of flavors, and either don't really read the orders or are out of toppings as well. I'll skip this location from now on.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
