    Last night I had a very bad experience and this is the 2nd time . The new guy who was on training were unable to answer my questions and he was very slow . The other young girl who was extremely rude. She was like walking around pretending she is taking drive through orders. I asked her well can you help us as he doesn’t understand so she said well he is still learning and walked away. Then finally we picked the ice cream and when I asked about topping the new guy said it’s unlimited and no extra charge so I got the two topping but when the rude employee came to register to ring us so she charged for the extra topping and I was like wait a min he said it’s no charge and you charging me and she was like well no you have to pay else I will throw the ice cream into the trash and will make new one with new topping. I was like why would I pay when he said no charge . So she throw the cup of ice cream into the trash and made a new one with one topping. Well for one topping she trashed the whole ice cream cup and this is lost of the company as well if employees started throwing stuff because of their mistakes . I hope baskin-robbins reading these all reviews and should reply for compliments. I know probably it’s hard to find employees but it’s doesn’t mean that you will hire someone who treat customers badly . At least give them proper training with customer service skills.

    If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I walked in to order ice cream and a chocolate shake for our family around 6:15 on Sunday. Three employees were working and not a single one greeted or acknowledged our existence. Ordered our items on the kiosk. Still no employee talk to us. Then our order number showed as ready for pickup at the pickup window. There was no order. In fact they just started it. I was told there was no chocolate for the chocolate shake. I asked for a refund. I was told there is no manager on duty and they cannot give a refund. I left the receipt with my number and asked for the manager, Kenya (sp?) to call me. Never received a call. 3 days later I called and spoke to a "manager". This guy was so unbothered by my whole experience. He told me I could drive there and get a refund but there was no way to get one over the phone. I was advised I had to drive 20 minutes away to get my money back. If this is the policy, then a manager should be on duty all the time. Besides this it was a horrible experience as all the kids that worked inside were just so unfriendly and unprofessional. Will never go back to that establishment for ice cream or donuts. #dunkin @dunkin #baskinrobbins @baskinrobbins

    The employee that was there taking orders seemed to have been having a rough go of it; they may have been short-staffed when I stopped by because she was really the only one I saw in there waiting on customers. My interaction with the employee was neither bad nor good. I asked for more time to choose what I wanted, and when I was ready, she scooped up my ice cream of choice and put it on a cone for me. Then I paid and went about my merry way. The service has never been terrible, but sometimes, it's just okay. I only got a one-scoop peanut butter chocolate ice cream on a waffle cone, but the portion was enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings! I really enjoyed it because it wasn't too sweet and the proportion of the peanut butter to the chocolate was perfect. The waffle cone was perfectly crunchy, too. There are a few tables with chairs inside of the shop for people who want to chill in there. It's mostly always clean inside, and you can chill in there for a minute like how you would at a Starbucks. They also have tables and chairs outside for when the weather is nice. This location is shared with Dunkin', so if you're feeling more like Dunkin', you're in luck! I have been at this location more than a handful of times and will continue to when I'm craving something sweet. They provide no frills service, and I have not yet had any issues with any of my orders.

    Not many donuts even in the earlier the day. Also they got rid of my favorite ice cream flavor... how sad

    I agree with the other reviews. Poor customer service. BR doesn’t list any flavors for their milkshakes on the menu either. You just have to guess or the crew members will be upset that you don’t know all “24 flavors” that they have.
