I called and they said they wouldn’t cancel it or transfer it to the other chipotle. It would have been nice if they had been willing to refund it, especially since I am a frequent customer, but it was my fault so it’s fine. The real frustrating thing though was that when someone in the area when to pick it up for me, they had the order in the back, clearly saving for one of the workers to eat it later. When my person challenged them on why they did that, they lied and claimed I said I wasn’t going to come pick it up. They were unwilling to give me the refund, wanting me instead to sponsor dinner for them. I’ve had a few bad experiences with chipotle so if my rating seems harsh based only on this incident, it’s because I’ve been frustrated here before.

Staff is in rush to fill the bowl that they are not giving proper quantity, half filled. While billing, they charged for extra chicken and when we told them they said we removed. However, When I checked the statement after coming back home more money was deducted. Will never go to this location again. Rude staff, very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money
