  lorenna was very kind and outgoing with her attentiveness and made sure our order came out exactly how we wanted too and came up with good recommendations as a combo of flavors 10/10 would definitely come again

  I genuinely don’t understand why some Cava employees seem determined to give you the smallest portions possible, especially when it comes to something as basic as rice. Today I watched an employee repeatedly shake rice off the serving spoon, at least three times, before finally adding what amounted to two barely full scoops into my bowl. Just rice. Nothing complicated. And even after adding the braised beef, the bowl still looked almost empty. When I politely asked for a bit more rice, she took my bowl back to the pot and asked if I was okay with being charged extra. Extra for rice. At that point my bowl was already over $15 because of the braised beef. All I wanted was enough rice to balance the portion, not an overflowing bowl. It’s frustrating to pay that much and still walk away feeling like you didn’t get a reasonable amount of food. A $15 bowl should feel like a real meal, not something that looks half served. Next time I might take a picture so I can show exactly what I’m talking about, because right now it honestly feels like the portions are being skimmed down. It makes you wonder if employees are encouraged to serve less to keep costs down.

  This is the best food I think I’ve ever had. I love it so much it reminds me of my origins and my roots from Lebanon. I could eat this meal for the rest of my life if I couldn’t eat anything else. so guess what I’m gonna come here and I’m gonna get different bowls switch it up make it fun because that’s what life is all about. Thanks Lorena for being such a great sport. I’m always gonna come back and be rewarded and feel so so cared for and welcome and I love the service!

  It was incredible. Thank you so much! This is my favorite restaurant of all existence. It’s just so great and every time I come here I have a great time thank you Lorena and another very nice gentleman for providing me with so much happiness and fulfillment eating this delicious meal with my lovely mother, we are celebrating lots of changes in our lives and we believe CAVA is the right place to do it.

  This CAVA location is the absolute best. The restaurant is clean, the juices are just right (not too sweet), the food is delicious and the employees are helpful and don't rush you when making your selections (even when they are busy). I want to give the manager, William, a shout out because he not only manages the restaurant with excellence, but is also attentive to his customers and personally says "Thank You" to those that are loyal to the restaurant. Like me :-). I recall a time when a customer came into the restaurant with a complaint about a recent order. The customer became very loud and was very rude. Based upon what they said, I could tell that the issue was due to a simple misunderstanding. What could have turned into a big ordeal did not because William handled the situation "very" professionally. We need more managers like him at all CAVA locations! I can always count on getting a good, healthy meal when I come to this location. That's why I'm a repeat customer. You should give it a try too!
