  As cited by someone a week ago, similar experience incorrect order was delivered and complete lack of empathy. They don’t seem to act with responsibility or remorse for their mistake. They didn’t try to resolve the issue and manager was too busy to even talk to us. Please avoid this place if possible.

  Ambience is good but food is ok ..not as good as the ambience. Came with a big group and the wait times were crazy even on a Thursday...an item was forgotten too and had to be reminded . Robo service is good but still needs a human server along with it

  Worst experience. Kept us waiting for 2 hours for order pickup and messed up the order too. Wasted our evening.

  Disappointing experience. I know many Indian restaurants cut corners on weekdays but I expected better here. Unfortunately, the food quality was poor. Starters were overcooked and the curries with roti were the worst part. When we raised it, staff insisted the dishes were “supposed to be like that” and didn’t properly fix it. Service was unhelpful and the biryani clearly wasn’t fresh. If fresh food isn’t available, be honest instead of serving stale dishes. ⭐️Not recommended, especially for a family outing on a weekday.

  We recently visited Aura Indian Food Paradise in Ashburn, Virginia, and even though we tried just one dish, it left a really great impression. We ordered the Vegetable Paneer Biryani in bucket size, and it was absolutely superb. The biryani was full of rich flavors, well-spiced, and cooked perfectly. The aroma and taste were exactly what you expect from a really good biryani, and we truly enjoyed every bite. Even though we didn’t try many items this time, the quality of this one dish already makes us want to come back. Next time we will definitely try their chicken biryani. Overall, the food was delicious and the experience was great. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a biryani lover.
