  I orden for a deliver dos sandwich one was steak and the other grilled chicken, on my grilled chicken sandwich I didn’t haven’t chicken no sause, the sause was like water look like they put water on my sandwich I couldn't eat it. I called to see if we could do something, and they treated me so badly. They said if I wanted another sandwich , I'd have to go back and return my order, for make a new one and they couldn't even refund my money. The only option was for me to go in person and get another sandwich . Why would I go if I could order delivery because I couldn't go? They were so disrespectful. I called them to see if there was a solution. On the steak one was not lettuce super dry and empty

  Today was a reminder that kindness and listening still matter — especially when it comes to someone’s health. I politely asked if my sandwich could be made without the sauce due to a dietary restriction. Instead of being met with understanding, I was met with attitude and told that they were going to put the sauce on anyway — “that’s just how it is.” There was no attempt to accommodate, no concern, and no willingness to listen. Dietary needs are not preferences for many people — they are real, personal, and sometimes medical. A simple request should never be dismissed or treated with disrespect. Unfortunately, this experience was deeply disappointing, and based on how this was handled, I would not recommend this place to others. Customer service should always include empathy and basic consideration. We can all do better when it comes to treating people with care.

  I’ve been to a lot of Subways in my life and never have I seen one as clean and organized as this one, all the food looks and taste fresh and the customer service is great you can tell that they take pride in their work and make sure the customers are comfortable.
