  Poor customer service. I stood and waited for the gentleman to acknowledge me for a few minutes while he puttered around and cleaned (no one else was in line but me). I finally asked if they were open (it’s 11:40am - they are)… he responded that “he would get to me when he’s ready”, so I walked out.

  The worst subway I’ve ever been to, they always skip out on meat but the worst part is the manager or the owner. He is one of the most rude people I have ever met and he should not be allowed to work/franchise a restaurant.

  What a complete joke, I ordered ahead on the app and didn't arrive till 30 minutes after the estimated pickup time, as I’ve had to wait on numerous occasions in the past as they never have my order ready on time. When I arrived my sandwich still wasn’t made, and the employee had the nerve to admit (unprompted) that she didn’t bother making it, since I wasn’t in the store and it didn’t look like I was coming. The whole point of pickup is for it to be ready when you get there! Also this Subway uses poor and old ingredients, I love pepper jack cheese but it tastes funky and gross here.

  they dont get any more stars we waited 10-15 mins after finishing hoppers from AMC across the street at 7pm on friday, and none of the employees ever came to the front also they DO NOT have a doorbell like every other subway does this subway spot in particular is hot garbage.

  I had a frustrating experience with the worker Reshma. I placed a mobile pickup order, but when I arrived she told me they never received it and that it wasn’t showing in their system. I completely understand that technical issues can happen, so I calmly tried to figure out with her what might have gone wrong. I even offered to show my order receipts for confirmation. Unfortunately, instead of discussing the situation, she repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed what I was saying, and refused to look at the receipts. I understand that some situations are out of an employee’s control, and I wasn’t upset about the error itself — I was just trying to have a quick conversation about possible solutions. However, the attitude and unwillingness to listen made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant.
