  I was stopped in the lobby and questioned why I didn’t tip him. He literally pulled out the receipt and pen for me to fill out. I didn’t purposely not tip, it was actually an accident. But at the end of the day, it is MY choice. My pizza was also not fully sealed and hanging open in his delivery bag. For me to be anxious that my pizza was tampered with because I didn’t tip is wild. I’ve never had a problem with papa John’s. Workers should also be paid a fair wage and not have to rely on tips. I feel bad leaving this rating but I’ve never been so upset.

  “I am filing an official and serious complaint regarding this employee’s behavior. He was extremely rude, slow to understand, and treated me with complete disrespect. With shocking arrogance, he told me that my order was ‘too big,’ and then had the audacity to claim he wasn’t even talking to me while actually handling my order. This is outrageous, unacceptable, and shows a complete lack of professionalism. I demand immediate and strict action against him, and if this matter is not addressed properly, I will escalate it to higher management without hesitation.
