  I went to McDonald’s an hour ago and ordered fries and a cheeseburger. This was probably the worst experience I have had. The food is normally good but this time was SUPER disappointing! Cheeseburger was cold but beyond that I got a medium fry no salt and the fries were not hot or cooked at all! They were in fact SOGGY. Sick to my stomach

  The food was delicious! I was really impressed by the recent renovation! It’s been a while since my last visit, and the transformation is great. The atmosphere is inviting, and everything—from the tables to the restrooms—is clean and modern. The staff was professional and friendly, and the parking lot has been conveniently reconfigured. My favorite part is the new outdoor seating with all the plants; I’m already looking forward to coming back for dessert on a sunny spring day!

  Awful dining experience. Barely any tables. No drink fountain or even a napkin dispenser. The message is clear, they don't want people dining here and just want to make money off the drive-thru. Shame on McDonald's and this franchisee for actively hating their own customers.

  This is essentially a drive through only location. Somehow the modern renovations created a smaller more compact dining area, a slightly wider drive through area preorder, and yet has 1/2 the parking. You also now need to make a u-turn when making a left into the store and they don’t seem to monitor their parking lot. Few customers in the store yet all spots were full. Good luck waiting in line! There are a couple of self help kiosks and 1 register. Pretty smart when a high school like to visit at lunch. I ordered on the app, arrived 5+ min after the app alerted me it was ready, discovered the fancy new togo shelves were bare, waited another 5 min for the 1 front of house employee to show up so they could get my order from the back. The Wilson Blvd renovation was a model of how it should be done so just go to that store for a better experience
