It was actually ready in 15, and so our food was sitting for 30 minutes getting cold and soggy. 2) The regular pizza crust was undercooked, hence soggy. Forgot to get well done, but still. 3) The person behind the counter was distracted and didn't check that she had all the parts of our order before sending us on our way and we didn't realize it until we got home.

Their calzones taste so fresh. The pastry (even after delivery) is flakey and doesn't feel like a mass produced product you would typically get from dominoes. I've really enjoy the quality of the food I've received, and don't feel like junk after eating it. Also, delivery has always been friendly and on time. Keep it up, I'll be back!
