  Excellent hospitality, the food was top notch for sure, great night out place with the family and the servers & workers were awesome! Abbas was the server and he was amazing! I really loved his passion and care for his customers.

  The food is average (maybe okay) at best — the kalleh pache was clearly frozen and not fresh, which was a big letdown. On top of that, the service was completely unacceptable. Staff became confrontational and aggressive over a tip, which ruined the entire experience. No customer should be treated this way. I will not be returning.

  ❌ I had a very disappointing experience at Kabob Bazaar — honestly, eat here at your own risk ⛔️ I ordered small chicken noodle soup, which actually tasted very good, and Bagali Polo with a chicken leg. However, the main issue started when the food arrived. Everything was mixed together in one container, which was already off-putting. After taking just a couple of bites of the rice and tasting the chicken, I immediately noticed something was wrong — the chicken smelled bad and tasted even worse, like it was not fresh. I informed one of the staff members (a woman at the restaurant), and she said she would send the server to replace the dish. But when the server came, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he responded rudely and asked, “If you didn’t like it, why did you order it?” That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I ordered expecting decent quality food — not spoiled chicken. At that point, I lost all confidence in the place. I decided to leave. While paying, the owner offered to waive the cost, but I chose to pay the full amount out of my own ethics and walked out as I came to eat not to beg. When customers spend money, the least they deserve is fresh, safe, and properly served food. Being served bad-smelling chicken and then treated rudely is extremely disappointing. I’ve never had such an experience here before, but this visit completely changed my perception. If you decide to go here, go at your own risk.

  I came in to this restaurant expecting more. I walked in with a party of 5. The food quality was amazing. The only problem that made me not give 5 stars was I ordered a meal, and my whole party received their order except me. I asked the waiter where my order was after 20 minutes when everyone was eating. It seemed like they forgot my order an error maybe in the kitchen. I am very dissatisfied. The waiter kept apologizing instead of giving me my kabob and offered complimentary treats instead of my food. Besides this mistake, the restaurant is great.

  We drove over an hour just to try the cheesesteaks here, and it was a huge disappointment. We arrived well before their listed closing time, only to find out they had already closed about 30 minutes early. It’s really frustrating to make that kind of drive and not even get the chance to order, especially when you’re relying on the posted hours. That being said, the older woman at the front in the deli area who greets customers was very sweet and kind, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience still wasn’t a good first impression.
