  Went on a Saturday was really busy but was able to get a seat. The bar area was playing music and the energy was up. Very crowded but food came out quick.

  Muy pal servicio me atendió una señorita q se llamaba samanta repugnante me gritó horrible mal carácter es una ignorante no sabe atender los clientes uno va asu restaurante esperando un buen servicio no es que uno no te ha dinero para pagar su propina yo soy frecuente en el restaurante me encanta amo los guapos pero esa persona es irrespetuosa y muchas beses eh expuesto mi molestia en el restaurante y no asen nada ella no cambia su actitud es nefasto verla ahí xq ella te ve como si no anduvieras dinero la verdad te atiende con repugnancia

  Visité este lugar por primera vez y quedé realmente encantado con la experiencia. El servicio fue excelente, especialmente gracias a Arnold, el muchacho que nos atendió en el área del bar. Fue muy amable, educado y siempre estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara nada, brindándonos una atención de primera. La comida estuvo espectacular y el ambiente muy agradable. Sin duda, Guapos se ha convertido en uno de mis restaurantes favoritos. Definitivamente volveré a visitarlo con mis amigos y mi familia. Recomiendo este restaurante al 100% por su excelente servicio, deliciosa comida y la gran atención de su personal. ¡Muchas gracias, Arnold, por hacer nuestra visita aún más especial!

  TLDR; Spent 80% of our time waiting. Went here a few times before and had excellent service, but not tonight. Started out by my partner and I asking our server what the chef's special was. He just said that tonight was Taco Tuesday and that he would check what the specials were. We waited a while before he came back and when he did, he asked for our order. We asked again what the chef's special was and also what Taco Tuesday entailed. He just said it's Taco Tuesday and listed the proteins. I had to explicitly ask how much the tacos were because there wasn't any information on the menu or on Guapo's social medias or from our server what the prices for Taco Tuesday were. He also said he'd check what the special was because he forgot because he's very busy. We wait, he comes back and we finally order. We wait a while for the food to come out, but when it does, only my partner's food came out but not mine. I told the person delivering the food that I was still waiting on my food and she said she would check. Time passed by, nothing happened, and we haven't seen our waiter in a while, so we have to flag down someone else to let them know I still haven't received my food. As soon as we flag someone else, our waiter finally appears and we let him know about my missing food. He goes back to check and we wait more for him to come back. When he does, he apologizes because there was an error with the system and my food didn't go through. So now my food is ordered and we wait more. When my food arrives, only 2 tacos arrive but not my 3rd. I let the person delivering my food that I'm missing a 3rd taco so he takes back the tacos and we're left waiting again. Our server comes back with the 2 tacos, gives them to me and says the 3rd taco is on the way. By this time, my partner's food is cold. We go ahead and start eating and my 3rd taco does arrive, but towards the end. We flag down our waiter again and ask for boxes and our check. We wait a bit, someone else stops by and asks if we want boxes and she gets them for us shortly after. We wait so long for our check, by this time we really want to go home especially since it's a weekday. After we get our check and pay, we ask for a receipt. We wait more and by this time we're so impatient so we get up to leave when our waiter finally brings the receipt. We sat down at the restaurant at 7pm and left at 10pm (not of our own accord).

  Food, service, and ambiance are always consistently great here. The staff is kind and attentive. The other night, my husband and I were enjoying happy hour at the bar when he accidentally left his phone behind. One of the hostesses, Luwam, ran out in the rain to catch up with us down the street and return it, such a thoughtful gesture. She has also helped us multiple times before when we visit with our baby, always making sure we’re comfortable. Thank you!
