- CCCarmenApr 5, 20261.0I sent my niece in for balloons #10 my daughters birthday. The man behind the counter that could barely speak English told her he could only blow up 2 balloons. He sent her home with a happy birthday balloon and the #0 without the one. I went back a few days after party to return the balloon since it was so ridiculous he didn't blow up the #1. This is my neighborhood Giant and must be under new management the new manager was rude and dismissive and would not offer a store credit when I had a cart full of groceries and gift cards. I left the store without buying anything. Sadly a poor experience from my neighborhood grocery store. I'll take my business to Harris Teeter and Whole Foods.

- MRMatt RidleyFeb 12, 20262.0This particular giant is extremely slow, when I go in the store anywhere between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Im usually only see two or three customers in the store. This morning I came in to buy a few things and I went to the donut area, the donut area was somewhat empty, and I asked "Is this is all yesterday's Donuts correct? Young lady working in the area with a gentleman said now it's today's. I thought to myself that's impossible so I asked for the manager he finally came over and it was the same gentleman it was assisting the young lady and lied to me again that it was today Donuts. The giant management don't assume everybody is that stupid.
