- NJNicole Jimenez3 days ago1.0I had a really disappointing experience at Five Guys. The food was poorly presented—everything was just thrown into the bag and arrived messy and scattered. The fries were undercooked, and the caramelized onions were not actually caramelized; they were still raw. On top of that, the extra vegetables I paid for were badly cut and also raw. Overall, the quality did not match the price or expectations. Definitely not the standard I was hoping for.

There’s limited seating, with three tables that have two high chairs and about two tables for standing. It was easy to order, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the burger was as good as ever, just like the fries. The little fries are perfect for two people.

I love that you can customize everything without extra charges for toppings. The fries were hot, perfectly salted, and they gave a generous portion. The staff was friendly and worked pretty fast even though it was busy. The place was clean, and my order came out fresh, not like it had been sitting around. It’s definitely a little pricier than other fast food spots, but you can taste the quality. If you’re craving a solid burger and fries, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
