I ordered my food on the mobile app, got all the way back home and checked the bag and I received the wrong order. That’s fine, I drove all the way back and an older Indian man started yelling at me immediately. I told him that he gave me the wrong order, and that was fine. He immediately asked for the wrong order, which is against food safety rules as you cannot give food back through the window, and literally started yelling at me and called me a dishonest person. I had to go back and forth with the guy just to get my original order, which was sitting beside the window from when I left and was cold. So not only did I get the wrong order, I got my original order cold and gross and I got yelled at by an old man who acts like a child who didn’t even own up to his mistake. I was cordial with him, it’s literally cheap fast food and this guy acted like it was coming out of his minimum wage salary. Really hate to see people who hate their life as much as him, and taking it out on customers. Take it out on your family, not customers when you’re in uniform buddy.

We went through the drive through and not only was our order wrong, it was also cold. This would be okay if the worker wasn’t rude about getting us a replacement.

This particular Wendy's is staffed by women for whom you must repeat questions many times because their understanding of the American English is lacking. When asked to see the size of the soda cups & the fries container the woman behind the counter got miffed because we didn't have more familiarity with the Wendy's menue. The shifts of workers here have been disappointing of late.
