It is so severely understaffed at all points of the day that even during off-peak hours you will be waiting at least 20 minutes for any order, with peak wait times being upward of 45 minutes. Unless no other location is convenient for you, it would genuinely be faster to drive to any other taco bell in nova because of the near nonexistant staffing and management by the franchiser.

The store will accept your order, not make the food and then wait for you to cancel. I even called them after the first time and they said they never got the order, but Uber said they did accept it so they couldn't refund me. It's also an Uber issue for sure, but this restaurant is such hot garbage that they can't even be bothered to make your order.
