I saw them keep my order in the back but when I tried to get their attention to get my pickup order everyone ignored me. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and give me my order they knew I was there they were making eye contact with me and ignoring me. Some other guy came in and he was in a rush but they also wouldn’t help him. I had to go through the drive thru to force them to give me my food but by that time my food was cold and soggy which could have easily been avoided if they just put my mobile order on the shelf instead of holding it hostage in the back. What’s the point of having that shelf up if it’s not gonna get used like this was actually the most irritating thing I’ve ever experienced which is so embarrassing why did I have to go through this over some Taco Bell MAKE THE EXTRA TRIP TO ANOTHER TACO BELL IT’S NOT WORTH GOING TO THIS ONE.
