I picked up my order through the drive-thru, I noticed the food was completely burnt — as you can see in the photo, the quesadillas were blackened and inedible. I immediately went back to the store to show the cashier, expecting them to remake the food. Instead of replacing my obviously burnt order, the cashier just handed me two taco coupons and basically dismissed the issue. I didn’t come for coupons — I came for the food I paid for. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the food is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.
