I do not like the service of some employees that work here, but it's a good store. It's clean, and has a good produce section. The fruits, vegetables, bakery items are good, although the prices are kind of high.

A bit old and beaten up and there are some better choices in the area. Safeway does have the best bakery but the meats and fruits/veggies need quite a bit of work. They're marginal.
The clientele tend to wear frowns PJs and crocs -- this is NOT a social safeway. Grumpy is probably the best description for the customers AND for the store....

I’ve been shopping at this Safeway for over 20 yrs and in the deli have never had an employee tell me to get what I wanted out of the pre-sliced usually at least a day old meat?! He was disinterested in doing his job and make that clear. I ended up buying day-old 10.99 a lb ham (he told me what I wanted was freshly sliced and right there, it wasn’t) and I didn’t even ask for the sliced deli roasted turkey that I also wanted sadly because of his attitude. I buy all my deli meat at Safeway because I think it’s the freshest and tastiest but sure will avoid this deli counter- they could use some fresh and friendly faces!!

Good store but rude employees. There is this one older lady called Jonetta and she has the biggest attitude problem ever. She is rude and talks over customers all the time.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Fresh Deli section today. The lady behind the counter was extremely disrespectful and acted like I was bothering her just by asking a simple question. She was rude, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service matters, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope Safeway takes this seriously and addresses how customers are being treated.
