I didn’t purposely not tip, it was actually an accident. But at the end of the day, it is MY choice. My pizza was also not fully sealed and hanging open in his delivery bag. For me to be anxious that my pizza was tampered with because I didn’t tip is wild. I’ve never had a problem with papa John’s. Workers should also be paid a fair wage and not have to rely on tips. I feel bad leaving this rating but I’ve never been so upset.

Ordered original crust, pineapple and bacon and boneless buffalo chicken. Got home and saw that my "original crust pizza" was THIN CRUST. The boneless buffalo chicken was breaded, needed additional baking and more buffalo sauce. Too bad I wasnt close by to take it back to the restaurant. Made a complaint and still waiting for a response from the owner. Submitted an online complaint twice and was told I will be getting a response from the store manager but haven't heard anything.
