I’ll leave the hop analysis and foam evaluation to the craft crusaders. I came for the pizza, and I stand by that decision. But let’s address Tuesday. I walked in on a Tuesday evening, expecting efficiency. Precision. A well-executed operation. What I got was trivia night moving at a pace that would make a glacier look motivated. Painfully slow. The kind of slow that tests a person’s discipline. So here’s the bottom line: I’ll be back. Absolutely. The Detroit-style earns that loyalty. But Tuesday? Tuesday is no longer on my calendar

The food and drink were top quality, and the space was perfect for our group of 50, with room for people to sit and eat or stand and talk. Reserving the event was easy. The management and servers were all a pleasure to work with. And the final bill was surprisingly low! This is the second year our organization has held a holiday party here, and we'll keep coming back as long as they'll have us.
