Extremely Poor Food Quality & Concerning Handling Practices Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am beyond disappointed and frankly appalled by my experience at this location. I spent over $10 for a meal that ended up in the trash because it was inedible and handled improperly. The Issues: The Filet-O-Fish: The sandwich was served cold, and the quality was so poor that the bun was actually stuck to the cardboard packaging. The Fries: When I informed the staff that my fries were cold and requested hot ones, I witnessed a major violation of food handling protocols. I handed my fries back to an employee (who appeared to be the manager). Instead of discarding the cold fries and providing a fresh batch, she held my old container over the fry bin while a coworker poured a few hot fries on top of the cold ones. Lack of Hygiene: Reintroducing food that has already been served to a customer back into the preparation area/fry station is a massive cross-contamination risk and a breach of standard food safety rules. It is clear that proper protocols are not being followed here. I shouldn’t have to "fight" for hot food, and I certainly shouldn't have to worry about whether the staff understands basic health department standards. I ended up throwing the entire meal away. Save your money and go elsewhere.
