The lady kept calling my number like three times from where the fry station is and never acknowledged me there until I asked for my order and she just put it on the counter, when I asked for ketchup she pulled out the bin, put it on the counter as well and said “its right there” and walked away.

I asked her when she handed me my food and she said it was just water from the ceiling. I requested new food but I dont know what she touched but if I get sick its from her handling water from the ceiling and whatever else she touched because obviously Mcdonalds doesnt train their employees on food safety. How are people so stupid? The health dept needs to investigate this location if they think its ok to handle water from the ceiling and not wash hands. They should be using gloves but I guess the owner and manager dont care about food safety. I'm scared about what we don't see.
