  La comida es muy buena todos los fines de semana yo compro ahí llevaba meses siendo cliente de ahí pero hoy fui a preguntar por una aplicación y no era para mí era para una muchacha Mexicana que tiene experiencia trabajando en estos restaurantes. Y hoy fui a preguntar y no me dejó ni terminar la señora la cocinera cuando dijo estamos llenos con una actitud como que le iba ir a robar el trabajo típico de nosotros los latinos envidiosos y egoístas tienen que educar sus trabajadores ser amable con las personas yo donde trabajo cuando van a preguntar por una aplicación y si estamos llenos siempre se las doy y les digo que si necesitan les llamamos uno nunca sabe si alguien a tenido un mal día y gente como esa señora da este tipo de trato puede hacer sentir mal a alguien, por la actitud de esa señora hoy 02/25/26 a las 8:25 pm déjare de comprar aquí hasta que aprendan a ser amables y educados …. No todos repugnantes como ella

  I ordered a last minute delivery of tamales for my sister in laws birthday and they were very helpful in making sure it got there quickly and well made. Excellent service 👏🏼

  Me gusto mucho!! Un apapacho al corazón! Pedí gorditas y tamales y no me decepcionaron. Definitivamente algo q se tiene q probar y volveré para comerlo! La señora que nos atendió es de Aguscalientes y fue muy amable y platicamos de México. Gracias!!!

  (1/5) This was one of the worst food and customer service experiences I've ever had. We ordered three chilaquiles, and every single order was wrong. * The first order was missing the egg. When we called, the so-called manager said | "didn't pay for the egg" -- but the app shows that price as the item. If the egg is extra, then the app should clearly say that. How am I supposed to know I need to pay more if it's not showing? If I needed to pay for it, I would've paid for it, but the app did not indicate that at all. That is their mistake, not mine. On top of that, the order had way too much onion and almost no sauce. Chilaquiles without sauce are NOT chilaquiles. * The second order was the same -- dry, barely any sauce, and literally 2-3 tiny pieces of chicken (you can clearly see it in the photo). * The third order was dangerous. We clearly requested NO ONION because my friend is ALLERGIC, and they still added a lot of onion. When we called to fix THEIR mistake, the woman who answered said she was the manager and was rude and aggressive. She said we "didn't pay for the egg," demanded proof of my friend's allergy, and then told us to bring the food back because they "couldn't come pick it up." I paid a $7 delivery fee plus tip, ordered online because I was sick, and they still expected me to drive the food back for THEIR mistake? Completely unacceptable. On top of that, she started yelling, calling me "mamacita", and screaming over the phone. That is beyond disrespectful and extremely unprofessional behavior, especially from someone claiming to be a manager. Between the poor food quality, ignored allergy request, and hostile customer service, this place is a hard DO NOT RECOMMEND. I will never order from here again. If there were -10 stars, that's exactly what this place deserves.
