This morning I came in to buy a few things and I went to the donut area, the donut area was somewhat empty, and I asked "Is this is all yesterday's Donuts correct? Young lady working in the area with a gentleman said now it's today's. I thought to myself that's impossible so I asked for the manager he finally came over and it was the same gentleman it was assisting the young lady and lied to me again that it was today Donuts. The giant management don't assume everybody is that stupid.

When you call with a simple question or complaint, they either don’t understand what you’re asking or act annoyed and rude. More than once, they’ve just hung up instead of helping. Terrible customer service all around.
