While the male employee assisting me was polite and professional, a female employee (whose name starts with 'M') intervened unnecessarily and was quite rude. When I asked a simple question about why my Apple Pay wasn't working—noting that I use it frequently at Reston Giant—she became visibly irritated. Despite her claiming the male employee was her trainee, his customer service was far superior to hers. At one point, she even falsely accused me of yelling at her, which was not the case. I have always had good experiences at Giant, but her unfriendly and unprofessional attitude was unacceptable.
