From when I placed my order to when I received the food 30 minutes had elapsed. The store was not busy, and all I ordered was a single sandwich. I could have driven to the grocery store, bought the ingredients, driven home and made it myself in the time it took for them to make the sandwich. As to the quality of the sandwich it wasn’t great but I have had worse. This Dunkin’ is a disgrace to my Boston roots.

Unfortunately, Uber doesn’t allow for custom donut selection, and more often than not the staff fills the box with mostly powdered and blueberry donuts. These are clearly the least popular choices—especially with 4- and 6-year-olds—and usually go uneaten. It feels like an easy way for the store to offload less desirable flavors instead of providing a fair variety. Very frustrating for loyal customers.

Unless you like paying for rudeness and rewarding low characters, go anywhere else for your next large batch donut purchase.

They got my order wrong, the donuts they gave were flattened, the bagels were several days old and had almost no cream cheese, and the coffee was watery. Not to mention the service which was down right awful. Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend if it was the last place to eat on earth.
