I said, “I watched you pour a regular coffee. I need decaf.” No words. He just pointed at the machine. I waited while he got a new pot started and served others. The pot was ready to pour. He eventually handed me a decaf coffee after I asked again. Avoid this Dunkin. Corporate should work in quality service at all locations.

My pumpkin spice coffee never tastes like pumpkin spice it’s just awful. Today I ordered the peppermint mocha latte and you guessed definitely did not taste nor look like what was advertised. It tasted like burnt coffee water with a hint of peppermint dust oh and whipped cream was request as you see non. So asking for whipped cream or extra sauces, forget about it don’t waste your money or effort. This was my last time getting dunkin from this location. Tired of being disappointed and wasting my money.
