- ADAnne DOct 29, 20251.0Today I went to the drive thru just like I do literally everyday. I ordered a latte and when I received the latte it was darker than usual. Again I go there every day. She first tells me she can’t because the cup will spill over. Then upon receiving such a dumb response I asked she can just put the milk in a different cup. I was asking only for a little bit of milk. Then she changes to say they can’t. I said I’ve asked before for additional milk and received it no problem. She insisted she couldn’t and just looked at me idiotically. I again asked politely I have never been denied additional milk especially when the coffee is darker than usual. She then tried to lie to me saying it’s because it was decaf. I said I come here everyday and have ordered decaf, caf and half and half decaf. She proceeded again to change her story as to why she couldn’t give me more. Ultimately I left. Dunkin really needs to remove an employee who lies to customers and can not fix the coffee when it’s made incorrectly. I am happy to help point out the employee.
