Do it professionally, customer are not responsible for your salary or your moods. Went here for a coffee and my friend and I were treated like shit. I won’t recommend this store to nobody. The owner should either pay their staff better or trained them better. Think long term my man you will be losing money if this place keeps running like this 🫡

He poured regular coffee and handed it to me without saying anything. I said, “I watched you pour a regular coffee. I need decaf.” No words. He just pointed at the machine. I waited while he got a new pot started and served others. The pot was ready to pour. He eventually handed me a decaf coffee after I asked again. Avoid this Dunkin. Corporate should work in quality service at all locations.
