This happened before I finished paying, before I had a chance to walk to pickup. Ten minutes later when I asked where my coffee was, the staff pointed to it and demanded I take it, saying they called me several times (they did not). The coffee was lukewarm by this point. The staff was then combative then snarky and asked how many times I would like to be called, called for another drink order, then looked at me and said “See. We call.” Dunkin Executive Management, this is unacceptable behavior.
