They have tracking. 45 minutes later, the driver left the store. Continues to drop off what I assume is at least four other orders. An hour passes. I can now see he's headed my direction --thank God. But instead goes back to the store and marks my order as delivered. It has now been an hour and 45 minutes. I have already tried going through the app, but unbelievably there's no option that says order never delivered. I give it 5 more minutes and then call the store. The manager is very apologetic, and says "5 more minutes he is on his way". At this point I just want a refund. So he says, ok not a problem I will refund you and still deliver your pizza. Great. 15 minutes later, I get a cold pizza (over two hours) after I order. But no refund. This was over a month ago, so I know it's not coming. I do not like being lied to--and it's clear corporate does not like them issuing refunds either. It's literally impossible to get a refund through the app, even for non delivery! Pizza is below average for a Domino's--if you order here, GO PICK IT UP!
