  It’s incredibly disappointing that a nationally recognized chain like BWW allows service like this to continue at this location. I’ve visited multiple times on different occasions, genuinely trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. I hoped it was just an off day. Unfortunately, the poor service has been consistent every single time. On my most recent visit, I was given dirty dishes — visibly dirty. When I pointed it out, the waitress casually said, “Oh wow, I missed that,” as if it were no big deal. Cleanliness is the bare minimum at any restaurant. The service overall made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. It took an excessive amount of time just to be acknowledged. Ordering additional drinks or food felt like I was asking for a favor instead of placing an order. There was no sense of hospitality, urgency, or care. What truly shocked me was that the waitress actually prompted me to “write her a review.” After such dismissive and inattentive service, that comment felt almost sarcastic. It makes you wonder whether the staff understands that service is the foundation of their own workplace and income. I’ve visited many BWW locations across the U.S., and this one stands out — unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. It’s not a one-time mistake. It’s a pattern, and that’s what makes it so disappointing.

  The wings were mediocre at best, but the service was absolutely horrendous. No attention, no basic understanding of good service, and zero urgency. Not worth the time or money.

  Service is slow wings are burnt every single time. There's a definitive line between crispy and inedibly charred and this restaurant can't seem to figure that out. I've walked in for a pick up order where they had 6 people sat in the entire restaurant and still waited close to an hour for 20 wings and a box of fries. Came in today to give them another chance and service was much faster but the wings are burnt to a crisp and well past ruined. If you need me come train your staff feel free to reach out. I've got a decade of kitchen professional kitchen experience and can teach them how timers work.

  I am a full time wheelchair user and their accessible restroom has been broken for months. This was my first time at this location due to not being a local and The manager stood at the door of the men's restroom while I privately used the men's restroom. She was the sweetest lady ever and profusely apologized for the toilet being broken. I believe her name was asis or something close to there. Not to mention the service. The server was absolutely wonderful in every way possible. Food was great as always. I wish I lived closer to this location. It is much better than the location close to my home and I would happily come back to these wonderful people. Thank you for being as accessible as you can when things break. You guys were wonderful
