Unbelievable there are no wait staff. I would say don't go there if you want to eat and enjoy a game since there's no one to help you. I've had their food before it is very good, too bad the service sucks. I will pass on this to the local hotels to not suggest you!

They have a self service ordering system with QR codes at the table and the food comes out direct to whatever table you order from. Beer and food were both great. We ordered a pretzel, beer cheese, and a rueben sandwich. All of it was delicious. Service was great!
