  Bf and I love the tempura, ramen & takoyaki is solid. You can't go wrong with the items in the menu, the quality is better than many ramen places I have been to.

  Ramen here is off the chain! I'm a pasta girl through and through but the broth here is really the show, they also have super tasty Sushi but on these winter nights I'm getting Ramen extra broth extra noodles!

  Boru Ramen in Arlington is a gem. The food was amazing—ramen that’s genuinely to die for, incredibly fresh sushi, and excellent boba to round it out. I brought my whole family and everyone left happy. The best part, though, is the customer service: the owner and her staff are truly world-class. Highly recommend

  The sushi was the highlight -it was fresh, clearly made to order, and beautifully balanced with the right rice to fish ratio. Each piece felt thoughtfully crafted and clean in flavor. The ramen, however, fell short; the broth lacked depth and didn’t have the rich, layered flavor I was hoping for. I’d come back for the sushi, but probably skip the ramen next time.

  Boru Ramen is a great spot whether you’re there for ramen or sushi. I mostly order sushi, and it’s always fresh, beautifully presented, and well-balanced. You can taste the quality in every bite. The ramen broth is rich and flavorful, portions are generous, and appetizers like calamari and takoyaki are solid starters. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere make it an easy place to come back to.
