The restaurant was very clean, the staff were welcoming, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, the food was outstanding. The ramen was served piping hot, which I really appreciated — I’ve been to other ramen places where the ramen was only lukewarm and not enjoyable. We ordered the Shiho Tempura Ramen and the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, and both were delicious. The Shiho Tempura Ramen includes crispy shrimp tempura, and the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen comes with chicken katsu — everything was very crispy and flavorful. We also had the silver sashimi, which was extremely fresh, and the squid bowl appetizer, which was very tasty. We even took ramen and tonkotsu home, and my son enjoyed them as well. Overall, it was a lovely and satisfying meal that made our Christmas Day extra special. Highly recommend!
