  TEMI asked to use the bathroom and got very rudely told that he had to pay for something first. She called out the # 67 and my group was laughing and she told us not to laugh… I had asked for a small mocha latte and I repeated multiple times, she gave me a macchiato with nothing, when I asked her to remake it, she said a macchiato and latte were the same thing and I said it was no mocha and she rolled her eyes and took it back. Then came back and tried to hand me a different flavored latter and when I told her it was still wrong and said mocha again I literally saw her take off the lid from the same cup and add mocha to the already different flavored and hand it back to me. By that time I was just very annoyed and we walked out. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, if I could give it a zero I would, don’t come to this Dunkin

  I was hesitant to come because of the reviews but needed my coffee fix and this is the only Dunkin in the area so gave it a shot. Service was quick. I got an iced latte. The young man making my drink greeted me when I was at the counter and made my drink without issue. My iced latte was pretty good. No complaints 👌

  I also order ahead here so unsure of ordering in experience. Never really had a bad experience, been here 10+ times, staff is nice and order is always good and correct

  They charge higher than most other Dunkin yet the drinks are the most watered down Or Not even full
