  With all due respect to the employees who are for the most part, relatively kind, the service here is awful. They underserve in there portions each time I dine here. I swear I get maybe 10 or 11 tiny pieces of chicken with each serving. Not to mention, there has been several times in which they'll overcharge me for food. Today, I got a bowl with chicken and guacamole and they charged me 16.50. I don't care what they say that is absolutely incorrect and rude. I don't think I'll ever dine here again. I tried giving them a chance but they really don't seem to care about feeding there customers or being kind to them. Would absolutely not recommend.

  Embarrassing store. Dirty and bad food. Poor experience every time. Lazy manager wants to be buddy buddy with his employees rather than teach them how to do their basic jobs. 5 employees standing around doing nothing while the place is a big mess. Goofing off chatting while my food is sitting cold on the counter and I’m waiting for them to simply put it in the bag so I can go. Last time I go in, I ask for my to-go order, my food was in his hands, he stopped literally in the middle of putting the food in the bag, put it down to go fetch ice while 5 people stood and watched doing nothing. I overhear a comment about how my order isn’t supposed to be picked up for another minute and that I can wait, even though it’s sitting there completed. I ask for the food so I can leave and the goofballs behind the counter just giggle and make a dumb excuse while the manager is just leaning on the counter not doing anything. I’m not sure if they were being disrespectful or just severely incompetent. Was the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. Not the first time I’ve gone in there and had 0 customer service. To the manager- you have a responsibility to train these young people you hire how to have a responsible work ethic, this is a job to train their skills for future employment down the line. You don’t care about your job or customer service, that’s fine, but please realize you are setting these kids up for failure in life. Do better sir.

  The rice is very salty and the vinegar looks like a orange sop it has some kind of foam it’s was never like this before but I don’t know what happened…👎
