- RHRichard HudsonApr 7, 20261.0I visited this location for lunch and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed, and the manager on duty was quite rude. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations, the meal seemed poorly prepared, and the chips were stale. I had high hopes before visiting, despite hearing mixed reviews from coworkers, but this experience confirmed their concerns. Spending $25 on a meal that I did not enjoy was frustrating. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to address this situation, including the possibility of a refund. Based on this experience, I will be choosing a different location moving forward.

Every time you come in past 9 PM, you’d think they’re getting ready to close, but in fact, they have two hours left until the doors are closed. It provides an unwelcoming atmosphere, and the workers tend to have a lethargic attitude when you ask for anything. It’s a repetitive pattern that I really thought would end at some point, and it just hasn’t. It really ruins the customer experience because, quite frankly, it almost ruins your appetite.
