Born in Astoria, Queens in July 2017, Chip City began as a hobby between two childhood friends as they sought to recreate the simple taste of their childhood. What began as a fun challenge to see who could create the best cookie turned into the Chip City we know and love today.

- AVAlan VaghediApr 4, 20265.0I had to leave a review after my experience at Chip City because Ricardo seriously went above and beyond. I came in super indecisive and honestly a little overwhelmed with all the options, and he didn’t rush me at all. He walked me through the flavors, gave honest recommendations, and even helped me put together a mix based on what I told him I usually like. You could tell he actually cared about making sure I got something I’d enjoy instead of just getting me in and out. At one point I changed my mind twice (not my proudest moment 😂), and he stayed patient the entire time, super friendly and helpful the whole way through. He even suggested warming one of the cookies a certain way, and it ended up being one of the best cookies I’ve had. Customer service like that is rare now. Ricardo made the whole experience feel personal instead of transactional. Definitely the reason I’ll be coming back.
