  Wait times are longer than most McDonald's, you can stand around for several minutes or more before someone takes your order, kitchen is typically messy with food on the floor and grease all over the fryers. Employees rather talk to themselves than get orders out efficiently.

  As I stood there waiting for my food, one of the staff members was standing by the burger area on her phone, adjusting her hair...them went immediately back to handling food. A second staff member was standing nearby also using their phone. The food was what one would expect at McDonalds. The drinks were not the expected flavor. With staff playing on phones and adjusting their hair I didnt feel comfortable approaching the staff. The restaurant was clean (including restroom).

  RUDE AS HELL!!! As per usual when dealing with Mcdonalds....you will at this location find rude employees, smart asses actually is the better way to put it. Slapped together half ass food if you are one of the lucky ones who actually get food.I asking for a refund after sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for 2 breakfast bagels, I WAS YELLED AT, by the manager of all people. We went next door to subway where we were told by that manager that she frequently has people come in with stories of being told "if you dont like it, go next door to subway".... so let me be the one to suggest you take mcdonalds managers advise and take yourself next door to subway, where we were treated nicely, got our food made perfectly and it only took like 6 minutes.

  So I can't explain what yall thinking but the cleanliness of the store is gross as can be and that is a new building. Newer at that I thought that it would be ok to eat there because I used to work there thought it wasn't gonna be bad but no. The food was not the best but that's fast food. Now my wife an I are upset that my 4 year old son finds a bag of weed no he didn't know what it was he thought it was just some popper that u throw on the ground. Now Appomattox McDonald's I will what I can do to help yall maybe hire me an we fix that mess.
