I have had service issues with this location in the past and at this point have to wonder if there is a management issue at its root. Placed a mobile order to be ready for pick up at 6:15 pm, and when my husband shows up at said time they were completely clueless, and my husband ended up having to wait to get our food because nobody had made it despite the order being submitted at 4:49 pm. Not sure if there is a lack of understanding of how to work the mobile ordering system or if someone was just being lazy, but this situation compounded with the lack of apology from anyone was extremely irritating. Only ordered from Pizza Hut so my husband would be able to use the drive thru and not get out in the rain, however we will not be making that mistake in the future.
