Order, pay and then get sent to drive thru 1. Waited 45 mins. Was offered the wrong food. When I relayed what my actual order was, I was told they were out of some things. I said well I will need to be reimbursed because I already paid. Still waited, no food. We counted over 20 cars that came and went in drive thru line while we waited. We ordered double cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets, nothing special. Finally got back in a long line to talk to someone and requested a refund. I also attempted to call but the phone goes straight to voicemail. There were tons on teenagers hanging out, appearing to be friends with the staff. This is the second time I’ve experienced this in the evening with the teenagers and employees. The whole experience took an hour just to leave with an upset kid, frustrated and no food.

Another customer saw them do it too and started yelling at the worker for doing that. Absolutely terrible place. Needs new management and employees. Or to be shut down. Dropping food on the ground and trying to serve it is crazy!!
